Hello Pumpers & Shredders!
ronitabur gave me an idea to generate more interaction among our group members! First off, thank you, ronitabur, for that wonderful motivating video you shared with the group. Absolutely awesome! If anyone has not seen it, her original post is here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/544744-ernestine-sheperd
So, let's use this thread to share interesting videos, articles, or websites that you feel will help us reach our goals! Don't be shy about sharing, because I certainly won't! You never know if something that helps you will help someone else!
Kia Kaha!

I found this article while I was researching for answers to eating exercise calories or not:
http://www.thatsfit.com/2010/03/17/total-vs-net-calories-does-it-matter/
After reading this, I am going to try to adjust the types of foods that I eat, for 90% of the time.
Does anyone find this interesting?0 -
I found the second article interesting, but I don't think he really answered the question. It was a bait-and-switch. LOL
In any event, it was still interesting but too complicated for my little brain. I know that hormones are affected by different kinds of foods. I feel like I'm as successful as I need to be. I hope to eventually be vegetarian, and as I work towards that, I believe proper nutrition will fall into place.0
