This morning the scale and I had a great moment! 234.2, I'm back to consistently losing!0

Great job, all!! I've seen a big loss, too. Not less than two weeks ago, but still less than the first weigh-in and last week.

I've upped my cals and been doing more strength training, plus toooo much sodium! So I'm way up.

My only consolation is I know there is no way I gained 7 pounds of fat in a week. Just going to watch the sodium and keep on track. Good job to everyone!0 -

Well, I'm back from vacation, and although I did pretty well while I was gone, I've had a hard time giving up the 'vacation style eating' since I've been home
I was 146.4 this morning, but I've done a lot better the last couple of days, ....and I'm ready to get 'serious' again
