Selling medifast foods

Anyone interested in buying what I have left of my medifast food....I don't have a complete list but I know I have several items and I was thinking $1 an item-so it would be like $7 per box.....Inbox if interested. I would love to count it and send it all to one person to make it easy. Inbox me if interested. I have shakes, bars, soft serve, soups, pretzels etc......

I am going to try something different for these last 20-30 lbs. Medifast worked great for the first 50 - but I keep getting stuck and then go off program becauase I am so frustrated. So I am going to change things up. If it doesn't work - I can always go back on...

Have u officially plateaued which is no movement on the scale for 2 weeks? As well have u read through what to do when u hit a Plateau...try adding a calorie burn a day before bed or with your last meal;) Speak with your health coach she/he had gone through what u have and knows how to push through...as well speak with NS;) I hope your change up gets u the results u want just remember to give it 110%;)0
