Challenge for all FORMER drop outs

Hey everyone it has been pretty quiet on here lately!!! I hope everyone is just busy and not dropping out again!!!!
I started off the year strong losing 12-13 lbs in January and have now kind of hit a wall. I am logging every day but not losing and yes I know that eating a cupcake will not help me lose weight but somedays I just need the cupcake!!! So anyway I thought a good way of motivating myself and the rest of you would be to create a challenge! I know it is the middle of the month so lets say from today April 9th til Monday May 7th everyone should aim to lose 5 pounds? or a certain percentage? whatever you think... let me know I need motivation!!!!
Starting weight: xxxlbs (Monday, April 9th)
Goal: lose 5 lbs
Week 1: xxxlbs (Monday April 16th)
Week 2: xxxlbs (Monday, April 23rd)
Week 3: xxxlbs (Monday, april 30th)
WEek 4: xxxlbs (Monday, May 7th)

Dropped out again when I fractured my shin during a half marathon, but now I'm back and ready for a challenge- whos with me? I need support, before I had my injury, I signed up for another half I September! Yikes!0

Allyson down another 12 or so pounds from my last post on this thread. WE could definitely start a new challenge with winter coming up!!!! maybe a getting slim for santa....lol I dunno something fun!!! keep up the good work!!!0
