Just wondering if any (former) drop outs are still on and logging????
Hey everyone it has been pretty quiet on here lately!!! I hope everyone is just busy and not dropping out again!!!! I started off the year strong losing 12-13 lbs in January and have now kind of hit a wall. I am logging every day but not losing and yes I know that eating a cupcake will not help me lose weight but somedays…
So there hasn't been much activity on here lately just wondering how everyone is doing...hopefully you all are still working at it (even if you have setbacks) Don't become current drop outs!!!! :smile:
So with February comes valentines Day and my birthday...does anyone else have issues with this like me? I have been "dieting" more striclty since the beginning of the year and then V-day sneaks up and there is tons of chocolate (my favorite) and candy EVERYWHERE!!! Ok former drop-outs, how are you doing this week? Have you dropped out again already? :tongue: Ok - I"ll start: I'm getting the exercise in, not doing so great w/ the food logging. Today my one goal is log my food accurately. OK - (echo, echo, echo) - what about you all?

Let's get this 'New Year, New Goal' jazz out of the way... What are YOU focusing on in 2012? Here's my list: 1-Run a Half Marathon - to finish, no goal time. 2-More activity in general: more walking, hiking, jogging. 3-Eat less processed food. 4-Drink less alcohol. 5-DON'T QUIT MFP :laugh:
