hey everyone
ive done day one and im at
100 bicep curls (50 each arm done with 2kg weights)
25 tricep dips
25 push ups

    hey everyone
    so far im at:-
    300 bicep curls (150 each arm done with 2kg weights)
    75 tricep dips
    75 push ups

    we can win this one ladies and gents

    100 bicep curls, so far :)

    I've done just the push ups but 50 of them 4 times this week.

    Hey girls I have been doing all challenges every day
    pushups 300
    bicepcurls 150 each arm with 5 lbs
    dips 500
    boy am I ripped.
    However all the exercise has caused me to gain a lb back I guess its muscle. Yeh!!!!!

    Ugh...I read the challenge too fast. I didn't realize we could get "EXTRA"...totally screwed up....AGAIN! Today is going to have to be a power day. (:

    Okay, no big Sunday dinner for me! I'll be too busy drinking water during my 500 dips. (:

    I'm sorry ladies but I'm not able to do the challenge this week. I'm having such a hard time with allergies that I'm having difficulty breathing let alone exercising. I ended up in the ER last night because my reaction was so bad. Right now I am down a pounds but they put me on steroids so I'm not sure that will stay for the week. Sorry. I feel like I'm letting my team down.
