Hi all my my birthday is comming up and I was wondering if any of you know of a low carb cake cake recipe that I may be able to use to make a delicious birthday cake I wont feel guilty about eating.Thanks

Isn't 'Low Carb Birthday Cake" an oxymoron? Kinda like "Jumbo shrimp"?
I haven't tried these recipes, but http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/lowcarb-desserts.html seems to have quite a few good ideas, depending on your 'tastes'...

Take a look at the Healthy Indulgences blog. There's a recipe on their for a chocolate cake with a "secret." I made it and it was pretty good.0
