I have been entering recipes in the group called ' the cook ' under Paleo/ primal.
Tonight we are having minced beef burgers with blue cheese dressing and a salad.

Check out the pho recipe here... http://www.latestinpaleo.com/blog/tag/food-prn

There are a lot of ingredients so it takes a little planning, but you can make a large batch and eat it for a week or two. It's amazing and the bone broth is very healthy.

I made these last night and my non-paleo roommate said it was the best thing he ever tasted :)

I just finished making "primal moussaka" from Mark's Daily Apple. While it did utilize some greek yogurt, it was absolutely amazing!!

I did tweak it a bit though. I ended up using a head and half of romaine lettuce since I didn't have kale and the romaine was starting to wilt in my fridge...also added an extra 1/2 t of cinnamon & all spice...plus opted to use 4 fresh tomatoes (deseeded) over canned, since i had that on hand as well. It was amazing!
