    Last week's weight: 216.2 - down to 211.8 today! 4.4 lbs down. It was a good week.

    12.8 lbs to go til I reach my goal!

    Lowest weight since MFP: 143
    Beginning challenge weight: 147.4
    April 1-7 weight: 148
    April 8-14 weight: 150 (I actually spiked to 152 this week, but avg was 150)
    April 15-21 weight: 147.6
    Memorial Day goal: 139.9

    Started a variation of the slimfast diet to help with portion control. One more week left in the semester and then it's double workout time!

    April 16 weight: 167 (1.5 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 5.5 lbs)

    MD goal: 163

    I think I'm making really good progress! I've been exercising a half hour each morning, walking 2 miles after lunch and walking 2 miles after dinner. I think the walking is really keeping things under control. If we get a series of rainy days, it will be interesting to see what that does to my progress, since I don't like walking in the rain.

    I'm not weighing in this week. I usually do every week, but my hubby & I decided that with the weekend we had (a funeral, then a family gathering) we were too scared to see if we did a lot of damage. We will weigh in next week. :(

    I want to type "I'm giving up guys"...

    ...BUT, the good news is, after a few scary fluctuations, I'm back down to my starting weight. I have nothing to complain about because everything is my fault, but good greif am I struggling. THIS IS THE WEEK THOUGH! I will have a lower number next week, I swear it!! *plots chub revenge*

    1 lb lost this week. I was hoping for more, but I also lost 1% body fat this week according to the Navy, so I'll take it!! Idk if I'll make my goal of 165 for MD, but I'm gonna work my butt off and see how close I can get!

    I'm really trying so hard to lose lbs. and nothing, only 3 inches on waist & hips. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard.

    Looks like some AWESOME results this week. For those that didn't lose, only lost a few or even up a little that is ok. Keep working it and the results will come.
