Last week's weight: 216.2 - down to 211.8 today! 4.4 lbs down. It was a good week.
12.8 lbs to go til I reach my goal!0 -
Down 2 lbs and 12 lbs more to go!!...... Not much but better than going up 2 lbs!! Hope everyone has a great week!!0

Started a variation of the slimfast diet to help with portion control. One more week left in the semester and then it's double workout time!0 -

April 2 weight: 171
April 9 weight: 168.5
April 16 weight: 167 (1.5 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 5.5 lbs)
MD goal: 163
I think I'm making really good progress! I've been exercising a half hour each morning, walking 2 miles after lunch and walking 2 miles after dinner. I think the walking is really keeping things under control. If we get a series of rainy days, it will be interesting to see what that does to my progress, since I don't like walking in the rain.0 -

I'm not weighing in this week. I usually do every week, but my hubby & I decided that with the weekend we had (a funeral, then a family gathering) we were too scared to see if we did a lot of damage. We will weigh in next week.0

I want to type "I'm giving up guys"...
...BUT, the good news is, after a few scary fluctuations, I'm back down to my starting weight. I have nothing to complain about because everything is my fault, but good greif am I struggling. THIS IS THE WEEK THOUGH! I will have a lower number next week, I swear it!! *plots chub revenge*

1 lb lost this week. I was hoping for more, but I also lost 1% body fat this week according to the Navy, so I'll take it!! Idk if I'll make my goal of 165 for MD, but I'm gonna work my butt off and see how close I can get!0 -
