Need to find an exercise routine.
For now my exercise consists in making a foul out of me in front of my Wii.
What can i do to start losing weight?

What types of exercise do you like to do? Do you have access to any equipment? Do you like workout videos? So many options, so little time

You can try this beginners routine. It is in 6 parts and you can do one of them or all of them. Basic but it works!

I would recommend looking at increasing your weight lifting options- walmart sells a dumbell set for 20 bucks (or right around there) and it's a cheap set but ours has worked fine so far.
For workout videos to change it up- I've fallen in love with FitnessBlender workouts. There are tons of them on YouTube and they're free.

Also check out Netflix's workout section, OnDemand on cable used to have some (dunno if they're still there). There's also a great book called the New Rules Of Lifting For Women that many, many, many women have found helpful.0 -
I was gonna recommend bodyrock workouts too, but msesheta beat me to it!0

As mentioned already, fitness blender is awesome!!! Much less intimidating to me than body rock. Fitness blender has so much variety and everything from weights to pilates to aerobic, boot camps, HIIT, kettlebell and more!0

You can do TONS of stuff with just your own body weight and get a killer workout... add a few dumbells too and your totally set!
