will get weight & measurements in a.m. before I begin the challenge. Have done 10 days of Level one 30 day shred, but have couple other DVD's I am excited to use.....I know they work, lost 1 inch of my hips from doing level 1 for the 10 days....here's to looking good ladies!!!

I started 11 days ago and am now on Day 2, Level 2 (or I will be tonight when I do the workout).
When I started my vitals were as follows:
Height 5' 5"
Weight: 169lbs
Bust 42"
Waist 35"
Hips 41"
Thighs (both the same): 23 1/4"
Upper arm (both the same): 12"
I am already losing inches, although I did actually GAIN weight on the first week. However, it is starting to level out again now and I am back to what I weighed when I started pretty much so don't panic if you see those scales rise a bit ladies...... it is probably just water retention because due to muscle repair.0 -

Will leave you my measurements so far. They are not out of this world, but hope you can find in them some motivation :blushing:

At the end of Level1:
Weight: 146 lbs (yes..gain some weight at this Level...but lost inches...)
Neck: -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Bust +0.39 in (+1 cm)
Arm -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Waist (Navel) -0.79 in (-2 cm)
Waist (Tummy) -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Hips -0.79 in (-2 cm)
Thigh -0.39 in (-1 cm)
Calf -0.39 in (-1 cm)
At L01 used 3.3 lbs weights. Now also bought some 2.2 lbs for arm exercises, as my arms are my "Achilles heel" :ohwell:

I am also using 1kg (2.2lb) weights as my upper body still leaves a lot to be desired. Still, I started with 0.5kg (1.1lb) weights 11 days ago so I am already improving. I did originally try with my husbands 2kg (4.4lb) weights, but they are just too heavy to do all the reps so I cut back and can do everything OK now... albeit with some grunts, groans and eeks for the last couple of reps :noway:
I hope to be able to use the 2kg weights by the time I get to the end of Level 3, but don't want to go too heavy as I don't want to build too much muscle (I tend to build muscle quite easily as I have a hormone imbalance and too much testosterone for a woman).0 -
