    I've got 90 minutes of lifting, 45 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of yoga of the week. So that's 165 total, you guys are putting me to shame!

    45 minutes on the treadmill (my allergies are killing me outdoors!) for a total of 254 minutes. Plus 2 hours of weeding this weekend!

    I got 3 hours of hiking in today! Seems like a bit of a cheat. Other than that did 40 minutes of weight lifting. So 220 minutes for me total this week!

    hey you guys! i got in abut 330 minutes this week - and i totally skipped out on friday's run and yoga, so next week should be on the up and up, providing i can get my butt into gear! i did *nothing* this weekend other than drink waaaay too much cinnamon whiskey and see 'cabin in the woods' twice! which i *highly* recommend, if you are into slash/gore/quirky/suspense type flicks. rest up and prepare yourself for a great week!

    My final total for April 9-15 was
    560 minutes exercised and 3599 calories burned :)

    I am setting a personal goal to try and burn 3000 calories every week.

    I hope you're going to do a challenge this week. Just wanted to add that I hit 75 days 4 days ago, so unless I break both arms tonight, I'll hit 80 log-in days tomorrow. :laugh:
