Seriously though. I see a lot of people are good at getting their fruits in and their protein.... but they try to avoid eating vegetables. Post how many servings of yummy veggies you ate here everyday.

Post it be the number of cups of veggies you eat.
Example, I had 2 cups of broccoli and 2 cups of veggie stirfry today.
4 cups veggies for the day.

okay... so that means I list my 2 cups of baby spinach, my 1.5 cup of salad mix (various salad veggies), my 1 cup of peas and then my slices of tomato and cucumber?

Today Ive have sweet potato fries only, but usually I eat one salad a day. Its usually 3 cups of veggies a day, thats my usual side salad. It is coming back tomorrow.0

Oh boy... I just realised that I eat a lot of veggies in the average day, in fact I eat veggies more than anything else...
Monday - 8 cups (2 cups spinach, 1.5 cups salad veggies[cucumber, tomato, green onion, green pepper, red pepper], 2 cups mixed veggies [carrot, broccoli, cauliflower], .5 cup of sliced veggies [tomato, cucumber], 2 cups sugar snap peas)
.... do potatoes count as a vegetable?...0 -

as far as potatoes counting as a veggie, that is up to you. I try to avoid them except for occasionally because of the starches. But that's your call.0 -
