Great workout today Sweat Fiends- way to come back strong from the weekend! Leg days are tough but your hard work will pay off. If you completed the entire workout, you did the equivalent of 330 squats! Remember to stay hydrated by drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces of water which will help alleviate post workout pain by flushing out toxins produced during the workout. And as always, get in an extra 30 minutes or more of continuous moderate activity between now and Wednesday. Congrats to all who are losing weight as part of your goals - keep up the great work!

For Wednesday's workout, just bring you and wear bright colored workout gear as we'll be doing a little running together. It will be fun :wink:. Feel free to bring your headphones for the running portion. I look forward to seeing everyone bright and early! Tell a friend...

    Awwwww, thank you Michelle. But I'm really not trying to hang people; it's all done out of love :tongue:. Seriously, it feels good to know what we're doing is helping & it couldn't be done without you and everybody, really. It's a true group effort. I really appreciate the props though :happy:.
