    Hi all,

    I'm almost ending 30DS Level 2.
    Will leave you my measurements so far. They are not out of this world, but hope you can find in them some motivation :blushing:

    SW: 145.7lbs

    At the end of Level1:
    Weight: 146 lbs (yes..gain some weight at this Level...but lost inches...)

    Neck: -0.39 in (-1 cm)
    Bust +0.39 in (+1 cm)
    Arm -0.39 in (-1 cm)
    Waist (Navel) -0.79 in (-2 cm)
    Waist (Tummy) -0.39 in (-1 cm)
    Hips -0.79 in (-2 cm)
    Thigh -0.39 in (-1 cm)
    Calf -0.39 in (-1 cm)

    At L01 used 3.3 lbs weights. Now also bought some 2.2 lbs for arm exercises, as my arms are my "Achilles heel" :ohwell:

    CW:144.2 lbs

    I am also using 1kg (2.2lb) weights as my upper body still leaves a lot to be desired. Still, I started with 0.5kg (1.1lb) weights 11 days ago so I am already improving. I did originally try with my husbands 2kg (4.4lb) weights, but they are just too heavy to do all the reps so I cut back and can do everything OK now... albeit with some grunts, groans and eeks for the last couple of reps :noway:

    I hope to be able to use the 2kg weights by the time I get to the end of Level 3, but don't want to go too heavy as I don't want to build too much muscle (I tend to build muscle quite easily as I have a hormone imbalance and too much testosterone for a woman).

    current weight 175.2


    I know I can do this with a group effort....thanks for starting the group...super pumped, off for a walk and back to tackle Day 1!!!!

    Ok, these are my measurements, I'm pretty happy with my weight but I'd like to lose some body fat and build muscle so I'm hoping that Jilian can help me out!

    I started my weight loss journey at 167.5 back in June of 2011. I've lost (give or take) 15lbs in almost a year. I can't see the difference, but my goal is 140 - or to fit into a size 5 or 7 jeans. Whichever comes first is fine by me. :)

  • Hi Everyone,

    My starting weight is 148, and I'm 5'3". I put all my measurements on the spreadsheet.

    I've been a yo-yo dieter for the past year. I was diagnosed with prediabetes last May, and I have chronic high blood pressure. I am really trying to get up the motivation to get into a healthier lifestyle. Exercise is #1 for me right now. I'm hoping that being a part of a group will help hold me accountable and get me into a new routine.

    D1L1 I feel great, I also did 30 min of Zumba Rush (xbox360) right after and I can't believe I'm not sore, I was able to maintain my calories under control :smooched:

    Here are my start measurements and weight-

    weight: 117.5lbs
    Waist (Samllest part): 28inch
    Hips (Widest part): 35 inch
    Both Thighs: 20.5inch
    Both Arms: 10.5inch

    Not to bothered about loss of lbs, but want to firm up as everything still jiggles (particularly when doing jumping jacks!)

    If i feel theres a big enough change and results i will post my before and pictures, which i have never done!

    Chest (too depressing, the girls keep shrinking and I didn't have much to start with)

    Calves 16 (I threw this in because I really want to tone them, if I can't make them shrink I at least want them strong)

    can't wait to start seeing some results. I really want to tone my bottom half. I'm tired of buying jeans 2 sizes too big just so my legs fit in them!
