before going out to lunch check the calorie counts online. I got back from lunch and entered my food and almost had a heart attack from how many calories I ate at lunch!!!!

    In NY they have to put the calorie info on the menu. It's a blessing and a curse.

    wish they would do that here in Mass...ive seen it when im in New York...its cool but an eye opener for sure

    DH wanted Culvers for dinner. I sat on their website trying to find something that would fit in with my calories goal. It is so hard!!! I am so glad I checked because if I would have eaten what I usually get from their I would have been pushing 1500 calories. Why can't restaurants make delicious food that does not have a million calories??

    I like how applebee's has the weight watchers points menu for some of their items
