Alrighty...took my measurements on day #2. I really didn't want to, but I'm really hoping to see a big difference in 30 days!
Weight at start of Ripped in 30: 185-190 (TOM is here and lots of bloat!)

D2L1 my thights are a little sore but I will survive can't wait to see the results after the 30 Days, I was able to maintain my daily calories. :blushing:0

I haven't taken my measurements recently but my starting weight for this is 179. I think I will take my measurements later just as another way to see the progress!0

so I did day one, then got some weird soreness in my leg so took 2 days off....did walk ( or hobble) , now the leg feels good so here I go again...reallly hope I don't aggravate ti cause I really want to take part in this challenge...0

you guys made me run out and get measuring tape but i i was unlucky to find fabric measuring tape had to get the small little snap back tape but it worked good enough on sale for 50 cents lol.

Friday is my weigh in day, and I figured I would do my first check in as far as inches lost goes! Here goes!
Waist: 30.5 (Serious?!) (Down 1 inch)
Chest (below boobs): 33.5 (Down 1.5 inches)
Bust: 36.25 (phew, the same)
Hips (widest):44.75" (GOT BIGGER?!)
Upper arm: 11 7/8" (Down an eighth of an inch)
Fore Arm: 10.5" (I'm either beefing up, or I measured poorly last time! Up half an inch)
Thigh: 26.75"L (down 3/4 inch) 27 7/8" R (Down 1/8th inch) (YESSSS!! Thought those jeans were feeling looser!)
Calf: 16.25" L (down 1.25 inches?!) 17" R (Down half an inch!?)
