I normally use AMP wheyobolic extreme.. The taste is good, I like the protien/carb/calorie ratio, I know, but it's important to me! Anyone know of any reasonable substitues out there that may be cheaper but comparable? I love the protien but that price is rediculous. :grumble:

    Body Fortress Whey Protein. 26g protein/130-140 cals per scoop. $16 at Wal-Mart. You're welcome.

    check bb.com or see if you have a vitamin shoppe locally.
    Optimum Nutrition whey is good for the price.

    I'm currently using Rivalus Promasil and I think it is a pretty good protein. It mixes well and it doesn't give you a bloated feeling. It helps with recovery also.

    Cytosport muscle milk - 27g protein 1g carb 4.5g? fat 140 cals.

    6 lbs bag for $35ish at costco. Tastes great and blends pretty well too.

    i get all mine from costco also.. really good prices.. taste is not terrible.. mixes decent

    Body Fortress is usually the best price and not terrible. Can be grainy, but the taste is still good.

    I use Optimum Nutrition, but get mine from Amazon. It's usually a very good price AND free shipping.
