Well, I had one really good week staying on plan, but this past week has been really rough. Easter was Sunday, so there was plenty of candy and a big dinner. It's also a time that's really hard for my family as my sister passed away at that time many years ago. I'm an emotional eater and just didn't do a good job getting through the week. I'm back on my plan now, but have lost all sense of where I'm at. I really feel like I need to know in order to get back in the right mindset. I feel like I'm being irresponsible by not knowing and taking responsibility for it.

So, I am planning to weigh-in tomorrow morning. It's for the right reasons, though, and not the wrong ones. I cannot tell you how long it's been since I've gone 2 weeks without the scale!!! I am hoping and planning on going the two weeks following without it and make it to 4/30 with you all.

Stay strong!!!

I was tempted as well but have not. I had to go to the doctors this week and i faced away from the scale and asked the nurse to not tell me.

I'm officially out of the challenge because I did weigh today. I had to to get a sense of where I was at. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it could be, but I am up since 4/1, so am glad I did it. Will get through a week w/o it for sure. Hoping to make it to 4/30, but not going to freak if I don't.

    Again, good luck everyone!

You are not alone, I pulled out today as well. But I have good news. I lost 2.4 and total of 3.7 since I started MFP March 20th

I had just started MFP when the challenge began, so I jumped onboard, but I didn't know if I was doing this right. Guess I am, so I will continue. Not sure yet if I will wait another 2 weeks, I am going to try.

I've pulled out also! I have really learned the lesson of not weighing in daily, but I just needed to know and curiosity got the best of me :(
I've lost 1.2kgs which is good.

I'll def. only be weighing in weekly from now on!

Very worthwhile challenge, and am going to stick it out the rest of the month without weighing in.
