Tired of counting

Counting calories is more stressful for me. I have been dieting since high school. Down to my lowest of 116 in my late twenties. Just watched what I ate and constantly walking and working out. I am now 39, married with 2 kids. 7 and 2. I am not over weighed, but just unhappy with myself. This diet that I have been on since January is truly a roller coaster ride. It is so much harder. I realized that if I don't exercise in the afternoon and at night I will gain a pound or 2 back.. In about a 2 week period I gained 5 pounds back. I feel like giving up! Help!!!

    Don't give up!! If this is what you really want than just keep pushing. Cause when you are happy with yourself it shows in everything you do. Try not to worry about the scale make your exercise "your time" and do something nice for yourself cause you have been working hard and you diserve it. The results will come your way!!
