I like to put these up early so that I don't forget and leave you guys stranded haha. Here's the weigh in thread for week three!

    Last week's weight: 216.2 - down to 211.8 today! 4.4 lbs down. It was a good week.

    12.8 lbs to go til I reach my goal!
  • Down 2 lbs and 12 lbs more to go!!...... :) Not much but better than going up 2 lbs!! :) Hope everyone has a great week!!

    Started a variation of the slimfast diet to help with portion control. One more week left in the semester and then it's double workout time!

    I think I'm making really good progress! I've been exercising a half hour each morning, walking 2 miles after lunch and walking 2 miles after dinner. I think the walking is really keeping things under control. If we get a series of rainy days, it will be interesting to see what that does to my progress, since I don't like walking in the rain.

    Still hanging at 193lb But I did loose a full inch on my hips!

    I'm not weighing in this week. I usually do every week, but my hubby & I decided that with the weekend we had (a funeral, then a family gathering) we were too scared to see if we did a lot of damage. We will weigh in next week. :(

    ...BUT, the good news is, after a few scary fluctuations, I'm back down to my starting weight. I have nothing to complain about because everything is my fault, but good greif am I struggling. THIS IS THE WEEK THOUGH! I will have a lower number next week, I swear it!! *plots chub revenge*

    1 lb lost this week. I was hoping for more, but I also lost 1% body fat this week according to the Navy, so I'll take it!! Idk if I'll make my goal of 165 for MD, but I'm gonna work my butt off and see how close I can get!

    I'm really trying so hard to lose lbs. and nothing, only 3 inches on waist & hips. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard.

  • Looks like some AWESOME results this week. For those that didn't lose, only lost a few or even up a little that is ok. Keep working it and the results will come.
  • Down 1.2 this week. Only 3.8 lbs to reach my first goal. It is just amazing how much support is on here. Thanks to all.

    Okay I said that I wasn't going to weigh in this week, but I had to...so here we go.
    OW: 174

    THIS WEEK: 149.3 (-6.6 lbs.)

    Okay I reached my goal earlier than I thought (I've been working harder knowing that I would have to check in) so I think I will change my goal to 140...just a thought. It is less than 2 lbs a week. we will see if I can do it.

    Thanks you guys, now I have more accountablity for my success (husbands just aren't good at it, they will tell you how pretty you are no matter what).

    I gained 1 lb, but I think its due to it suppose to be TOM, but my prolactin level is high again so I might miss again, unfortunately I still have all of the symptoms as if it was here.... :(
