This group just popped up on my "groups" page as new, and since I will sing the games' praises every day, I thought I'd join. :) Love the games, love the workout, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who uses video games for weight loss! ;-)

Woo-hoo! Another member right off the bat. I feel less like I'm playing a game with it and that it's more akin to an "interactive" workout video. And people do "non-interactive" workout videos all the time. I'm going to try to stick with it this go-round and make it part of my routine. Hopefully we'll get a bunch of new members here with a lot to say.

    Welcome!

    Punch your calories!

It's fun. I do 'break the blocks' the most, did you know you can break more than one at a time if you pre-emt the next one? :P

I love Breaking Blocks as my warm-up.

My favorites right now are Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing and African Rhythms.

I almost always do the Yoga as my cool down but frustrated because I can't stick the Plie move

Yeah, I've had the same problem. Sometimes I just can't get the thing to recognize my position....

That's the one thing I think they did better with in 2012 (other than all the new stuff!) - it seems like 2012 recognizes better that I am actually doing the moves. The original always missed something, even though I was doing it.
  • Got the original YS:FE when it came out. Played it for a while and then stopped. Now I am back on track with trying to get fit and in shape and healthy so I started it up again today. Looked for a group on here to see if anyone else was playing and found this one. Glad there are others who do this and not just me. (My husband thinks it's silly and would rather go to the gym than use DVDs or Games to lose weight but we shall see who loses more...muahaha)

My husband is okay with DVDs, but he thought the idea of a game was ridiculous - till he starting seeing my results! These games are amazing, plain and simple. I've actually fallen off the wagon for a little while now because of work and crazy schedules and a million things going on, but I'm using this game to get back into it. Cardio Boxing Gold ALWAYS kicks my butt! I love it :-D
