Weeks 3 & 4?

Hey all! I think we all didn't check in with each other for weeks 3 & 4! LOL. Ah well...well I'm part of another group now as well that measures and weighs diligently on Mondays, so I've dug out my measuring tape and my dignity. I've only lost 3 lbs (yes I know it's not a gain but...I haven't been working as hard as I should for the last month). Just started trying Zumba DVDs and using my HRM again. I have two weddings to attend in September and am moving cross country for my husband's work in July, so I really want to do well and seriously get determined to lose this weight!

4 lbs lost since 3/18, which I think was the start of the 30 lbs down group. It's slow, but at least its moving in the right direction. I just need to stay focused on eating healthy and need to get more exercise.0

Starting on the 18th March I have lost 7lb todate
Slow and steady, but have also been on holiday for 2 weeks of that, so mighty pleased with myself! :-)0 -

i went on vacation for a week also and have not smoked in 16 days....great job its harder to eat right on vacation0
