    Starting Weight (this was in Jan. when I started officially working out and watching my caloire intake): 135
    Weight in March when I started 30DS: 129
    Current Weight as of today: 127.4

    Here's my measurements as of 4/3:

    Waist: 30
    Hips: 36
    Bust: 27
    Thighs: 22

    I had never taken my own measurements- had to Google it. So hope I did it right!

    Hey y'all! Thought I'd post my measurements as well. These are as of March 27th.
    Thighs 23"
    Arms 12" 
    Bust 38"
    Waist 32" 
    Hips 38"
    Butt 42"
    Weight 150lb
    Height 5'2"
    I decided not to measure again until after the 30 days.
    Hopefully there will be a difference!!
  • Hey everyone :)

    I just started Level 1 day 1 today. I'm going on a trip on April 30th so I'll only be doing the 30DS from April 5-29.. So I guess a 25 day shred. I'm also going to run 3-4 times a week too (C25k). I'm really hoping to see results. Good luck everyone!!

    I have meant to post this for a week now, but I could never seem to coordinate having the measurements I wrote down near me when I was at a computer to post.

    So - here is my beginning. I did take before pictures, but I am going to wait until the "after" and I will post them side by side.

    Upper Waist: 35
    Lower Waist: 43.5
    Hips: 43.5
    Chest 37.5

    I don't know my measurement really but I know I'm starting out at 118-119 it fluctuates on a day to day basis. I would like to lose 10 pounds, but I'm not sure if since I have been exercising for the past two years if it will help me at all. Did anybody else have this problem? Did it work?
