Sweat Fiends!
Great Tabata workout today! Thanks for everyone's continued commitment to fitness. Have a great weekend, don't eat too much, drink your water, track your food, and remember to get in at least 30 minutes of continuous moderate activity on Saturday and/or Sunday. After all of that, make everyone proud (including yourself) by starting next week off right by showing up for a fun class Monday AM!
For Monday, please bring your kettle bells, jump ropes and motivation!
