Well done everyone so far!!! @mananehaj you are at the lower end of healthy weight for our height, you are bound to lose weight slower! Plus half a pound is still great.
I'm at my parents atm so I don't have a scale, probably lucky as i’m having a late Easter celebrations! I’ll put mine up when I get home or find a scale. I’m expecting a gain though :grumble:0 -

As expected, finally back from my trips and between mass amounts of pizza and bagels, I'm happy with it. Hopefully I can still trend downward this month0 -
Excited for weigh in tomorrow! I have been sooooo good this week. Even only had half a glass of wine last night and avoided the temptations of garlic bread and pizza that my friends and husband were scoffing down!0

Well ive stayed the same which I expected after a week at my parents, what haven’t I eaten! Anyway I’m off to London now, ill be back on Wednesday and i’ll update the spreadsheet with everyone else when I get back.
Since you have asked I’ve put together a May spreadsheet. Any suggestions or changes? I’m going to make the spreadsheet so you can directly add your weigh-ins yourself. Also, ive changed it so you can choose your weigh-in day0 -

Well added in strength training this month and went on 2 short vacations full of pizza and wine and now I'm on my period and I've basically stayed the same - so I call that a success! Maybe I'll pull some magic over the next 7 days and it'll drop to 121 - hoping its just water weight right now anyway!0 -

Yay! Happy with some progress after that first week of the month. My scale was actually at 162.4 one morning, but I think I was pretty dehydrated.

Argh needing motivation today! Haven't been to gym since Monday and can't be bothered! Had first white bread in about 2 months at work earlier I feel gross and bloated and it's my husbands birthday this weekend so I'm going to be surrounded by take aways and alcohol .....nightmare!!!0

Hiya guys sorry for the late update!!! I stayed in London a bit longer than expected and I’m now dreading the weigh-in tomorrow so much more! Anyway a big well done to cbh142 for reaching your goal! And another one for jspeigel who has met her goal and lost an additional 1.1pound!
