Hey ladies I was wondering, what does everyone like to pole to? My current favorite pole song is "This is what Rock and Roll Looks Like" by Porcelain Black.
It is such an energetic bad *kitten* song!!

I go through stages of CDs that I listen to while practising pole... the three main ones are:
Bon Jovi's greatest hits!
Flashdance the soundtrack
and the most recent one is the soundtrack to Baz Lurhman's Romeo and Juliet, the first song on the album #1 Crush by Garbage is the perfect song to start with I think!
But yeah anything cheesy and with a good beat works for me!0 -
