  • So day one of week 2 was a bit miserable for me... I think that it is mostly monday blues but it took every ounce of will power to get up an do it this mornig...glad i did though:smile:

    I got up late this morning but I got my workout in. Looking forward to getting through this week and on to some new routines.

    I was not a happy camper when I woke up a bit more and realized it was Monday. But knowing how disappointed I'd be all day knowing I didn't get the workout in helped get my tush moving. And I always feel so great afterwards! I think tmrrw will be better. I really like workout 2...I have no real reason. Ha!

  • oh so glad I am not alone! I felt the same way! It was so hard getting up for it and a struggle to get through. Was just more tired and Im not sure why. Hope tomorrow is better!

    Also in the same boat as a few of you above! I had a hard time getting to the work out today. Monday blues, must be right?

    I did do it eventually though! That's all that matters, we showed up right? (Trying to remember what Jillian says from the video along those lines XD)
