Glucosamine?

So, who's an advocate (or not) for Glucosamine and Fish Oil as regular supplements for CrossFitters? I'd love to hear some educated why's or why not's. :smile: thanks!

    The data I've read on PubMed seems to say Glucosamine is great stuff, but there also seems to be a lot of responses to these studies that suggest it's no better than a placebo.

    Not an educated reason, but I use it. It doesn't seem to hurt anything.

    I just do the fish oils - apparently it's all you "need" (although my joints may disagree)

    I do a quality fish oil for the omega-3's, there is just too much research out there for me to disregard it, particularly in the area of brain health. Can't really say I notice a difference day to day.
