Did you know.....

A SMALLLL!!! yes small DQ blizzard has 700 calories!!! SEVEN HUNDRED!!!! That is half the amount of calories most of us should be consuming in a day.

    wow, that's shocking!! Guess I won't be having any blizzards any time soon.

    One of my favourite places to stop in the past was the Cinnabon store on my way home. I would grab the 4 pk of the classic cinnabons or the 9 pk of the minis. At the time I had no idea that a classic cinnabon is almost 900calories and the mini is about 350 each. Crazy!

    Wow! That's as bad as the Coconut Cream Pie Shake I just had to have a few months ago at Sonic. It was delicious until I got home to add it and it was 680!! Holy moly!!

    Needless to say, I always check before ordering these days!

    Mini is about 400 stil!!! SO tiny as well!!!

    This is exactly why I hate eating anywhere besides my house.
    I can make something that tastes BETTER to me than any DQ product (or most restaurants, actually) and it will be healthier with less cals. Just gotta put in a little work!
