Let's get on track

I had a disastrous week with my parents in town (they can't get fried chicken or Waffle House in Vermont...you see where this is going) so I gotta get back into the habit of watching what the hell I eat.

Shall we post little nuggets of advice that have helped you on the way?

I'll start. I have gotten a bad sweet tooth so I'm trying to eat a piece of fruit instead of all of the Ferrero Rocher candy I have lying around. And drinking lots of water.

    I wish I had a good bit of advice...but it is a constant struggle to eat healthy living in the barracks...and weekend drinking ruins my diet...one building block at a time I suppose....
