5 more weeks until Memorial Day! Let's hit them hard and get as far as we can on our goals! Some will meet them, some will surpass them, and some won't quite get there, but in the long run it's about putting in the effort and learning how to change your life and your habits to make sure you have a healthier future long term! Loss of 3.2 lbs!! I had a great week! My physical fitness test for the military was over and I was finally able to work out like I like to, get more hard runs and some lifting in, which I had been avoiding so I wasn't sore or injured for my test haha. I also started eating more this week and lbs melted off. I think I pushed that low calorie line too long and my body wasn't liking it. I went back and figured out my BMR and TDEE again and I realized I was eating about 300 calories less than I needed to be, so now I won't ever eat less than 1400 calories and should be eating 1600 calories a day. More if I get a really great burn in. Yay!0 -

Great results this week. I am not doing good think I'm reaching a plateau. Next week going to eat a little more to balance out my workouts and see if that helps trigger a loss. Really cant complain too much since last week was the first I didnt lose since January but realy want to get in the 130's and eventually to 125 by Labor Day for my 25 th class reunion weekend.0
