5 more weeks until Memorial Day! Let's hit them hard and get as far as we can on our goals! Some will meet them, some will surpass them, and some won't quite get there, but in the long run it's about putting in the effort and learning how to change your life and your habits to make sure you have a healthier future long term! Let's go get it you guys!

    April 2 weight: 171
    April 9 weight: 168.5
    April 16 weight: 167

    April 22 weight: 165.5 (1.5 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 7 lbs)

    MD goal: 163 (2.5 pounds to go!!)

    The last time I weighed this light was in March of 2009! I'm happy with my progress so far!

    MD Goal; 165 (about 9 lbs left, idk If I'll make it, but I'm sure going to try!)

    Loss of 3.2 lbs!! I had a great week! My physical fitness test for the military was over and I was finally able to work out like I like to, get more hard runs and some lifting in, which I had been avoiding so I wasn't sore or injured for my test haha. I also started eating more this week and lbs melted off. I think I pushed that low calorie line too long and my body wasn't liking it. I went back and figured out my BMR and TDEE again and I realized I was eating about 300 calories less than I needed to be, so now I won't ever eat less than 1400 calories and should be eating 1600 calories a day. More if I get a really great burn in. :) Yay!

    Difference since beginning challenge: -6 lbs. Only 4 more lbs to go for challenge goal!

    Feel great this week! (My weight is actually 185.6 but I always round so my ticker doesn't have goofy numbers. LOL)

    Great job to all who have lost, and for those who have not, I know it's frustrating...but it will happen. :happy:

    I am hoping I can lose those 7lbs by Memorial day and 20 lbs total by 4th of July! I love having challenges that coincide with holidays... it keeps it easier to focus on the goal.

    Great results this week. I am not doing good think I'm reaching a plateau. Next week going to eat a little more to balance out my workouts and see if that helps trigger a loss. Really cant complain too much since last week was the first I didnt lose since January but realy want to get in the 130's and eventually to 125 by Labor Day for my 25 th class reunion weekend.

    Ultimate Goal: 140 my daughter is getting married July 21st and I could weigh 150 by then! (160 is more realistic
    4 pound total loss not bad for being on a plateau
