Thank you guys so much for all your well wishes.... I know I need to take a few days and just get some rest. I am going to "try" to do just that. I'm also trying to learn how to say "no" a little more often so that I don't always have so much on my plate (no pun intended!) .....
I just finished updating the points spreadsheet for my team..... I'm sure everybody would like to see their points and their miles........ Thanks to YaYa and Tessa for helping me to get this done.... Whew!!!!!

Yes, technically I am participating, but with the hours that I am putting in at both jobs and then not feeling well most of last week - I had been doing the exercise challenges kinda "hit and miss" - and the spreadsheet showed that I had 206 points and I just dont think that can be right. I didnt have the time or the energy last night to go back through the previous weeks' spreadsheets to make sure. I'll have it figured out by next week's posting, I promise...... :indifferent:0

I have strained a muscle in my back since Friday's workout! Geesh! I really feel like I am fighting a losing battle. If its not one thing it is another. I went to the chiro and left with the same pain, thus thinking it is a strained muscle. I am not giving up though. I need to readjust my workouts and watch my food intake. Maybe have a good cry and then get busy.

Walking Challenge: well, my pedometer says 3.2 miles, but I didn't go for a "walk" all at one time...I just had it on while in the hospital with DH, walking around the halls, to and from the car, up and down the stairs and around the garden when I got home. I don't normally count those miles...only "a real walk done all at once"...so I'll take part of them for the chart but not all? Make sense? Do any of you wear pedometers, and if so, what do you use when you "chart" your miles?:huh:0 -
Hello everyone!! I'm happy to say that I made it through the exercises again today. I really can't say they are getting easier yet, but I'm sure they are worth it.
