                    Hello All,
I been traying to lose weith for years and as been a very complicate task. Now I am biger than when I started and I need to change the aproche. I remember reading about low carb diet as a good way to lose weith and to stop crabing weets and bread. Now my question what porcentage of calories should came form carbs, fat and protiens to start a low carb diet? Any advice or coments would be really helpfull.
I am a 35 years old male 5 10 weith 107kg

            If you want to do a Keto Diet
 Carbs 5%
 Protein 30%
 Fat 65%
 Try to use good sources of fat liek Salmon, nuts, high quality oils etc etc
 Do you know what your BMR is?0
