I have always enjoyed L3 a lot. I believe it's actually easier than 2. Good luck!!

I start level 3 tomorrow. I am SOOOOO glad to hear it is easier! Altough, level 2 is getting easier than day 1 of it!

My shoulders have been sore or sure! I had some knee trouble for a fwe days, but am better now. Totally hear you on the tree trunk thighs. Mine are awful. I measured everything again and have lost everywhere EXCEPT my thighs. The next DVD I am doing is killer buns and thighs since both of mine need help! Did you start level 3 yet? How is it?

    Hi Liv,

Yeah, started L03. I like it more than level 2. Harder for the butt

Next DVD for me will be R30. They say it makes you loose more than 30DS. I lost inches in every places but almost no weight :ohwell:

But i'm seeing differences for sure.

    Kisses,
    Tatyanne

Hi there! I started level 3 today. I like it better, but it is more challenging in some ways! That last ab move (even Anita style) was hard for me. But I am happy to be off level 2! Those sumo sqauts are killer for me b/c I have NO leg muscles to speak of. I am so happy to be working out my legs! I, too, am not losing the weight. I don't have that much to lose, and I think I have been eating too few calories. I upped mine some to see if that works.
I may look for ripped in 30 and try it, too. Thanks for the info and GOOD LUCK!!

Level 3 is definitely no joke, however, I was surprised at how I was able to keep up with and finish it. I am sure that all the hard work put into levels 1 and 2 prepared me for 3. There is no way I would have been able to start off at 3. I am a little disappointed because I when I first started the 30 Day Shred, I was SO sore. I haven't been sore the next day for weeks. I guess I need to find something more challenging? Any suggestions?

My inner thighs have been aching some. I am SO excited to finally be working them out and getting something out of it! I carry nearly all of my weight on butt/thighs! Hopefully level 3 will help me out! After it is over I still may throw level 3 in a few times a week with my next Jillian dvd.

    HI

i skipped level 1 and have done 7 days of L2. Last night i lost some steam and found myself feeling sort of bored (um, just to clarify i was NOT bored in an "oh my goodness this is so easy" kind of a way...still kicked my butt)

so i was thinking of hitting up L3 tonight. Do you think its bad to skip ahead? last time i did 30DS i did 10/10/10 and had awesome results...i dont wanna mess with it!

if i skip ahead, after a while i guess i would just mix up the 3 work outs for my 30 days. bad idea to mess with the madness??

I have done the 10/10/10 because this is my first time. If I did it again, I would probably skip around, too. I think it is personal preference, but either way, you are working out and getting results! Go for it!
