How awesome is your week about to be?

Options
Mine is going to be awesome, if the weekend was any indication.
I am reading a book about vegan endurance athletes and I am pretty psyched to try out recovery tips and new recipes-I have already tried some out and I am feeling great so far!
Last week (during the week) was less than stellar for me but I plan to kill it this week:
Monday: Spin weights
Tuesday: Swim, run (45 MINUTES whoot!)
Wednesday: Spin, weights
Thursday: Swim, bike run brick, weather permitting (30, 30, 30)
Friday: Swim, Soma Yoga (or day off plus yoga, depending on how I am feeling)
Saturday: Run 45 minutes
Sunday: Swim (or day off, if I haven't taken a day)
What are YOU guys up to?
Have any of you competed in your events yet? How did they go?
Happy Training!

Last week went pretty well! I skipped my swim on Friday but made it up Saturday morning and had the coolest thing happen. Almost to the end of my swim a woman gets into the pool in the land next to me (completely fit... seriously ripped... and AMAZING swimmer) with a USA team swim cap on with the name "Coughlin" on it! No idea if you can by those and if it was just a fan, but there was a pretty decent chance I was swimming next to USA Olympic Swimmer Natalie Coughlin! TOO COOL!!

Grad School Final Week... I'll be lucky if I see the outside of my lab until Wednesday evening!

    Monday - Study for finals
    Tuesday - Study for finals
Wednesday - Inclass and take home final & CrossFit
    Thursday - Swim
    Friday - Brick - Bike/Run
Saturday - Fun touring in town bike trip
    Sunday - CrossFit

You look to be in good shape IMO. What are the distances on the sprint?

You'll be fine. Just remember that their is no good bike followed by a bad run.
