    I need support to get me through the tough times I have. I do not mind anyone requesting me to be a friend, that is why I join MFP to meet new people who are doing the same thing I am doing.

    I am in need of some support. I just do not know where to start in other words I am lost :sad:. I join MFP so that I can get some support and hopefully get motivated. I have tried exercising but it seems that when I get started my back and legs start to give me major problems and I be in so much pain but I force myself to finish. My downfall is eating the right food, I am an emotional eater...when I am stress I will eat and I need to know how to stop doing that because I am getting no where. I have stayed away from the scale because I was weighing myself too much and getting upset because I did not see any progress :huh:. I just want to be able to control what I eat and how I eat it. I would appreciate any advice given to me.
