    Ok girls well I kinda got a head start! I will be on day 5 as of tonight when I workout.
    I just want to say that in the beginning it will be hard but after 3 days of it then i took Saturday night off, day four was so much better! I could actually get through the entire DVD and still be able to walk afterwards.

    So i just wanted to say, yes it will be hard, but it DOES and WILL get easier! You just have to push through!!!
