Hey Surfer Dudes .......it's that time......get those scales out! I hope everyone had a fabulous week! This challenge is just flying by so quickly.....Week 3 already! WOW!!

    Sorry Team...I have gained 0.4 lbs this week :grumble:

    Sad thing is...I've been working out more than I ever had.

    These were my workouts since My last weigh in:
    1) C25K Week 2 (day 2) + C25K Week 2 (day 3) (Thus 19th)
    2) C25K Week 3 (day 1) + C25K Week 3 (day 2) (Sat 21st)
    3) C25K Week 3 (day 3) + C25K Week 4 (day 1) (Sun 22nd)
    4) C25K Week 4 (day 2) (Mon 23rd)
    5) C25K Week 4 (day 3) (Tues 24th)
    6) C25K Week 5 (day 1) (Wed 25th)

    PW: 162
    CW: 162.4

    Gain of 0.4 lbs :angry:

    Upcoming workouts before our next weigh in (slowing down since I've "caught up" with where I wanted to get in the C25K program - My 5K run is on May 27th!!)

    1) C25K Week 5 (day 2) (Wed 25th)
    2) C25K Week 5 (day 3) (Sat 28th)
    3) C25K Week 6 (day 1) (Sun 29th)
    4) C25K Week 6 (day 2) (Tues 2nd)

    Hello there surfer team!!!:smile:

    This week I'm very happy to be halfway of my estimated goal weight:drinker:

    I'm also happy to finally contribute with some pounds to our team:flowerforyou: last week I didn't and I'm so sorry about it.:blushing:

    Hope to keep this pace, on Sunday I have a 5K race which is very special because the foundation helps autistic children:happy:

    Hi Team,

    I wanted to start off by thanking you all for your kindess and support!! I was really overwhelmed this week with life and everyones kindness and appologize for not posting sooner!! You are all truely AMAZING!!! I have decided to stick with my journey the best I can. I haven't taken this out of town job yet, but they did come back with an offer to consider so hopefully I will be making my decision this weekend!! So anyways down to business:

    -.6 I am happy with any loss really. With all this stress I wasn't sure I could manage any loss so I was happy to see that there was one!!!
