    Hi everyone! It has been a crazy week so far! I haven't gotten any of the exercise challenges completed yet! I am going to try to catch up today. I am moving my office and I have been really busy at work also so I have not had much time and am exhausted! So today is my day off; I will be going into the office to try to pack and move some stuff but I am going to zumba class at 9:15 first and will work on the exercise challenges.

    I stepped on the scale today and had a great loss since my weekend splurge! :happy:

    Not a good week so far. I've been eating horrible foods and not exercising -- I feel sick. All this sugar is really taking a toll on my body. I need to get back on track. Hopefully the weather in Central Pennsylvania perks up!

    I hope you are feeling better soon. The water should help get rid of the toxins. You guys up there are having some crazy weather. I just know it will perk up soon! Hang in there!


    I didn't post last night, please forgive me. Now I do have a good excuse being my birthday and all. Friends and family had me up past my bedtime!

    I woke up at 4.20 this morning and by 4.40 was into Leslie sansone 5 really big miles --
    I DID EM ALL !!!! my feet are little sore this PM - need to make cookies for son's prom
    AFTER i go watch his track meet :) somewhere in there need to make supper -
    something w/chicken and brocolli :) any idea's???

    it all went wrong today. half way through cooking dinner and my daughter cut her face open!! in a and e for 2 hours then we got home, and i needed wine and chocolate to de-stress.

    Hi all!!

    Sorry I haven't been on the thread much this week. it's been BUSY but I've managed to get my exercises done, finish under my calorie goal, and drink at least 12 cups of water each day. I'm caught up on challenge exercises except for today's, which I will do tomorrow. I ran Tuesday and today and I have one more run in Week 3 of B210K, which means I'm almost halfway done with the program!

    Today was the last day of third quarter at my school (we are on a year-round schedule, so I'll teach right through the end of June) and tonight I'm eating tacos and drinking a beer! Kind of fudging my no alcohol policy, but it's been such a hellish week, I'm ready for an ice cold beer. I'm glad I went for a 5 mile run so I have plenty of cals to spare. :)

    Sounds like some of you had a stressful day or evening! Bad weather puts me in a funk and it affects my eating for sure. I'm hoping sunny skies find those of you in need soon! (Kelly & anyone else in need!)

    Cowansar: Way to go on the 5 mile run! Glad you laced up your shoes? I have not been sticking to my "no alcohol" pledge either! At least I am not indulging every night like I was for a while!?!

    Still cool, windy and rainy. I had a GREAT work day, and that spikes my water intake. I'm a heavy drinker when at the office. :laugh:

    Someone on the challengers team had put their numbers in my Thursday slots. It took me a minute to figure out what was going on. There is a problem with one of the yellow areas now, too. Ladies, please check to see that your Thursday numbers are down - I deleted what was there in the process of putting mine in.

    I can't get to the scale to weigh in today- school's not in session. I asked my husband to pick up a scale for me. You should have seen his face. One of the conditions of our getting married was no scales in the house (my condition, not his). I think he was afraid I was going to ask for a divorce. LOL:bigsmile:
