Kindle or paperback for NROLFW?

Hi,

I'm new to all of this and so excited! Would you recommend buying the the NROLFW book in kindle or paper back format?

    Definitely paperback. I had the kindle one, but it was too irritating to use. Difficult to flip back and forth from the list of exercise to the pictures of the actual exercises. So i ended up buying the paperback as well!

    I totally agree with you. I've made it through stage one with the Kindle version, but will be getting the paperback soon.
