May 200 Reps Quick Choice Challenge

UPDATE: Following feedback from most of us struggling to make the 200 Reps, lets change it to 140 per week - so 20 a day will get you there.
Last month's Marathon Challenge didn't go too well with the rain causing most of us to stay indoors and fail to complete the challenge (well done to Lynsey75Williams and nengland5 for persevering).
So this month we'll stay indoors and add a bit more fun and interaction.
We have a 200 Reps per Week Challenge with a choice of exercises. However, only one of us can be doing any one exercise at a time. So, as soon as you post on here your choice of exercise no-one else can take it until the following week. If you finish your 200 reps early then you can come back here and reserve your next exercise.
The exercises are (in order of difficulty in my opinion)

This is my kind of challenge and just the kick up the backside I need! Though I'm going to have to you tube half of those!! :O0 -
Squats......... But I was gonna go for burpees just to get them out of the way0

There's only 4 weeks (or 5 if we do an extra round at the end of May) so only 4 out of the 8 exercises have to be done. Should add that you can't choose an exercise that you have done in a previous week. We start on the 1st May and change exercises on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and perhaps at the end (29th-31st) we'll do a 100 rep half week to finish off the month.
I added a YouTube link to each exercise but it didn't come out very well on the post. Even the hardest one (Burpee) has variations for beginners so everyone should be able to do all of these exercises.
If we have more than 8 participants then we'll allow 2 people to do each exercise.0 -

That's brave Jerterem! That leaves me with Press Ups. As all the exercises are taken we will open up a 2nd set of all exercises again. Get in quick for the easier ones..,0

As we have more that 8 participants we will have up to 2 people doing an exercise. The first set of 8 have been taken so we now start on the 2nd set. All the exercises are up for grabs again.0

We start tomorrow, doing 200 of your chosen exercise by the 7th May. As soon as you have done the 200 you can come on here and let us know and also choose your next exercise for the 2nd week (different exercise and all 8 exercises need to be taken before we make a 2nd set available). If anyone needs any advice on the more unusual exercises just send me a message or you should find plenty of examples on YouTube.0 -

How is everyone getting on? A lot of you are stuggling to get to 200 so let's change it to 140 each week. So 20 a day is the target.
We need everyone to start choosing their choice of exercise to start tomorrow, even if you didn't quite finish your first set. 140 will be more managable next week.0 -
I didn't do as good as I'd hoped and I was only doing sit-ups!!!
I'll re-do the sit ups this week and do the star jumps too!!0
