Fit Test????

So I just watched the fit test, and going to try this in a bit.. Im concerned with the planks, and pushups. If I am only able to do 3 should I just put that done and move on, Or just work on those before I actually start the program?

Push though the parts I struggle with walking in place??

    Write down what you do. I only did 3 real push ups at my first fit test and I havent done the 2nd fit test yet. Its just to see how you improve over time. GOOD LUCK!!!:smile:

    Its really impossible to keep up with him but just do what you can. I cant even do a complete workout all the way through...I catch my breath then jump back in...i never pause/stop the dvd. Its really tough....after I did the first workout I wanted to go back to the fit test LOL!!
  • Dont worry how many u can do... just do ur best and write it down. The cool part happens when u retake the fit test in a couple of weeks and u end up being able to do a couple more, u will feel accomplished and strong:)
