Hi, I am having a hard time reaching the 3500 daily requirements. My potassium intake is always very low. Is anyne having the same problem? Any suggestions on how to raise it, a banana would but it has approx 13 grams of sugar....

can try these.....almonds, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (BRAGG), avacado, pinto beans,strawberries,celery,black & blue berries.......can try a banana too if it doesnt exeed your regular sugar intake.....0

Thank you, the problem with the banana is that it is so high in sugar. I will check out the foods you suggested for sugar content.0
