6 week goal is to maintain my 2LBS a week loss. So I will be aiming to drop from 202 LBS to 190.

ok, so current weight is 192.6lbs which is around 4 heavier then when i started this challenge lol. but i did a 2 week bulk although only 1 week of it had the gym included so i just gained some extra fat lol as well.
now i am aiming to drop as much of this off as possible by february. i am hoping to get down to 187 minimum. atleast i would almost have a six pack then lol x

OMG! when I joined this challenge, my weight was 200
now it is 192.6
my goal for this challenge was to reach 192.
I am hoppin to lose 2 lb next week
goal by end of this challenge: 190!

just looked at my weight in january :-) i was 184.5lbs, now 3 months later 195.5 11lb difference Lalthough i am only 6lbs fatter :-)0 -
nice to see so many follow into here, anyones weight i didnt post up please can you post up below, either a 0 and mail me your current weight or your current weight. then next thursday-saturday whichever day suits you post up you new weight. as we go along we can help each other adjust their diet or exercise to maximise there loss for the next week. if everyone enjoys the sociability of it we can continue longer. the weigh ins dont just have to be about fat loss.0

weight yesterday 292lbs, loss of 2lbs0

weight stayed the same, had a lot of cardio yesterday so i think that may have stopped me from getting lower today. hoping next week will be a nice drop again :-) calories in and exercise this week were really good so its just time now :-)

eating at a 300-500 calorie surplus, reasurring that my weight has gone up to 87.1kg. looks like good start to me.0
