here's a spread sheet that can be used to track progress. everyone should be able to fill in their own information :)

    except i got rid of my scale a few weeks ago!! I am trying to not focus on the number, but i will have to just weigh at the gym in order to post my weight on the spread sheet!

    Thank you for spreadsheet!! ☺ mine is a little easy to track because I just started myfitnesspal and just started losing since joining your challenge. Two so far...I was a bit worried about this weekend. I usually struggle in this particular area.

    College papers took over last week nd I failed to realize anything was posted :( Wish it would alert me! Anyhow, I have added the information on the spreadsheet.
