under calories

Between breastfeeding and exercising im always left with ALOT of calories leftover. Im not feeling hungry so I dont think I should be eating more just to eat up the calories...what do you think?

I think you know your body more than this thing and if you don't feel hungry I would definitely not eat0

I'm not sure, I have the same exact problem. Then I wonder if I haven't been losing weight all along because I've been eating too few calories. I'm going to try to get closer by adding some good fats in (avocado, walnuts, almonds, peanut butter).0

Same issue here... I'm allotted a ton of calories! It would be really hard for me to eat that much, especially once you factor in the breastfeeding. I figure that if I just eat the best I can, that's all I can do... and it gives me a little extra room for the occasional cheat0
