Between breastfeeding and exercising im always left with ALOT of calories leftover. Im not feeling hungry so I dont think I should be eating more just to eat up the calories...what do you think?

I think you know your body more than this thing and if you don't feel hungry I would definitely not eat :)
  • I'm not sure, I have the same exact problem. Then I wonder if I haven't been losing weight all along because I've been eating too few calories. I'm going to try to get closer by adding some good fats in (avocado, walnuts, almonds, peanut butter).
  • Same issue here... I'm allotted a ton of calories! It would be really hard for me to eat that much, especially once you factor in the breastfeeding. I figure that if I just eat the best I can, that's all I can do... and it gives me a little extra room for the occasional cheat ;)
