30 day Help please

Just done my first 20 mins, thought my lungs might burst !!! Managed it all though so very pleased with myself.

Just a quick question though, my DVD didn't come with any thing apart from box and disc so I don't know if I am supposed to do the 20 mins every signle day or have some rest days.

Also what do you do when get to the end of the 30 days??? start again or move onto a new DVD??

    Normally it's 10 days a level! So 10 days for level 1, 10 days for level 2 and 10 days for level 3. Umm I'm going to do it everyday or try my best to! Normally when I miss a day.. I miss more days so it's not a good idea!

    After 30day shred, I was thinking of buying another DVD of hers but don't know which one :s

    Looking for a DVD that would be good for hip area! Someone know what would be good?:)

    Yes, basically what the above poster said 10 days each lvl but it's really up to you, I know some people have rest days, I'm trying to get it done in 30 days and I plan to do two rounds because I saw a thread where this girl did 2 rounds back to back and got amazing results, but 3DS is not the only work out I do so depending on your preexisting work out schedule, you can plan your workouts accordingly, I know some people also move on to her other videos ripped in 30 or six week six pack.

    I saw on Amazon (UK) that there are a couple of box sets you can get, think one had 4 DVD's in including the 30 day shred so I think I'll do this one twice and then look at getting some of the others,

    So no rest days it is then. Want to see rests quickly so just gonna go for it.

    listen to your body , if you need a rest day take one.. i always have a free day/ rest day on sundays and it has been working really well with me for the last 3 months so i am continue to do that... :)

    I had to have a rest day yesterday, my knees were in agony. A lot better today though so back to it. I'm going to try have a few rest days as possible but If my body says have one I will. It certainly did yesterday!! Ouch

    agree, this is my first time going through it and my plan is to do 10 days each level, resting after every 5 days. for example, today was my 5th day of level 1 so tomorrow i will rest from the dvd, but still plan to do some type of activity such as jogging or taking my dogs on a long walk. so far i've felt fine, definitely a tad sore in the butt and arms but just listen to your body! if it needs a rest, take it!
