i'm curious how you all track the calories you burn - heart rate monitors? gym/exercise equipment? and what would you do if you didn't have access to anything like that? thanks!

i just use the exercise look up under the exercise tab for now, although a heart rate monitor would be more accurate.0

well, that is a neat tool!!! i have one question though... i do a boot camp class that is a mix of high-level cardio/strength training intervals, but there are no listings for that type of exercise. what would you do??? how would you calculate that?0

so, i googled it and found that "boot camp" can also be called "circuit training" which is listed as an exercise. thanks.0
